Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our policy regarding ticket booking cancellations and refunds is as follows:

• Tickets once booked cannot be canceled or refunded unless the show is canceled by the theater or us.
• In case of show cancellation, users are eligible for a full refund to the original mode of payment.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.
